Our pork is here!! We just picked it up from the processor today!

We have plenty of bacon, jowls, sausage, pork chops, boston butt roasts, and fatback available! We also have a very limited supply of pork tenderloin, St. Louis style ribs, and organ meats (heart and liver).  Miscellaneous cuts (feet, skin, leaf lard, shanks, hocks, soup bones and tails) are also available.

Our 2016 Pork Price List:

  • Smoked Sliced Bacon – uncured, dry-rubbed with sea salt and brown sugar. No nitrates, nitrites, or artificial flavors/preservatives. – $8.50/lb
  • Smoked Sliced Jowl Bacon – $6.00/lb
  • Pork Chops – $10.50/lb
  • Pork Tenderloin – $15.00/lb
  • Boston Butt Roast – $7.00/lb
  • St. Louis Style Ribs – $6.50/lb
  • Sliced Fatback – $6.00/lb
  • Bulk and Bratwurst Sausages – $7.50/lb
